Terms & Conditions
These Terms & Conditions govern your booking and use of our mobile auto repair, roadside assistance, and detailing services. By submitting a booking request or accepting service, you agree to the terms below. Please read them carefully.
1. Services
We provide mobile auto repair, roadside assistance (including tire changes, jump-starts, lockouts, fuel delivery, and related help), and vehicle detailing. Services are performed at a location you provide within our service area of Detroit and the surrounding suburbs. Availability of any specific service is not guaranteed and may depend on your vehicle, location, weather, and safety conditions.
2. Booking & Arrival Windows
You may request the soonest available appointment (“ASAP”) or reserve a 3-hour arrival window up to 14 days in advance. Arrival windows are estimates, not guaranteed times. Traffic, weather, prior jobs, and other factors may affect arrival. We will make reasonable efforts to keep you informed and to arrive within your selected window.
3. Deposits
A $40 deposit is required to hold your slot and is submitted via Cash App to $sauxyDay. Your appointment is confirmed only once the deposit is received. The deposit is applied toward your total service cost. Deposits are non-refundable for no-shows or cancellations made with less than the notice described in Section 8, but may be applied to a rescheduled appointment at our discretion.
4. Customer-Supplied Parts
We welcome customer-supplied parts. However, you are responsible for ensuring that any parts you provide are correct for your vehicle, properly fitting, and in good working condition. If parts you supply do not fit your vehicle, are the wrong parts, or arrive damaged or broken, you will be charged an additional one (1) hour of labor to account for the added diagnostic, sourcing, or rework time involved. We are not responsible for the quality, warranty, or performance of parts we did not supply.
5. Pricing & Payment
Quoted prices are estimates based on the information you provide. Final pricing may change if the actual condition of the vehicle, the work required, or the parts needed differ from what was described at booking. Payment for the balance due (total less your deposit) is due upon completion of service unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept the payment methods communicated at the time of service.
6. Cancellations & Rescheduling
If you need to cancel or reschedule, please contact us as early as possible. Cancellations or reschedules requested with reasonable advance notice may have the deposit applied to a future appointment. No-shows and last-minute cancellations may forfeit the deposit. Repeated no-shows may result in refusal of future bookings.
7. Vehicle Access, Location & Safety
You are responsible for providing safe, legal, and accessible access to the vehicle at the location you specify. We reserve the right to decline or stop service if a location or vehicle is unsafe, if we cannot safely perform the work, or if conditions (including weather) make service impractical. You confirm that you are the owner of the vehicle or are authorized to request service on it.
8. Right to Refuse or Discontinue Service
We reserve the right to refuse, pause, or discontinue service at any time, including where we determine the work cannot be completed safely, where necessary parts or tools are unavailable, where a vehicle condition is beyond the scope of the requested service, or where a customer is abusive or the environment is unsafe.
9. Warranties & Disclaimers
Services are provided on an “as-is” and “as-available” basis. Except where required by law, we make no express or implied warranties regarding parts supplied by the customer or regarding pre-existing conditions of the vehicle. Any workmanship guarantee, if offered, will be communicated to you directly and applies only to the specific labor performed by us.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability arising out of or related to any service is limited to the amount you paid for that service. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages, for pre-existing vehicle conditions, or for the failure or performance of parts supplied by the customer.
11. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. The version in effect at the time of your booking governs that booking. The most current version is always available on this page.
12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Michigan, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Michigan.
